This makes 2 pounds of light and fluffy butter just like you get at restaurants. Ingredients:
1 cup buttermilk |
1 lb margarine, not whipped |
1 cup flavored oil (i like garlic oil) |
Directions:
1. Place margarine in a large mixing bowl and let stand until at room temperature. 2. Add buttermilk and oil. 3. Beat until light and fluffy with an electric mixer. 4. Place in a plastic bowl with a cover and refrigerate. |
