Restaraunt Style Egg Drop Soup

Tastes just like egg drop soup from a chinese restaraunt
Ingredients:
4 cups chicken broth
1/8 tsp ground ginger
2 tbs fresh chopped chives
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
Directions:
1. Reserve 3/4 cup chicken broth, pour the rest into a large saucepan. Stir in salt, ginger, and chives into the pan, bring to a rolling boil.
2. Stir together the remaining broth and cornstarch until smooth, set aside.
3. In a small bowl whisk the eggs and yolk together with a fork. Drizzle from the fork into the boiling mixture. Eggs should cook immediately. Once eggs are added, add cornstarch mixture slowly until soup is desired consistancy.
