Yummy! Ingredients:
500 g venison, diced |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
1 onion |
2 tbsp fresh ginger |
2 tsp honey |
2 carrots |
60 g capsicum |
100 g celery |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 tsp cornflour |
Directions:
1. Marinate venison and onions in sauce, ginger and honey overnight, stirring occasionally. 2. Add 1 Tbsp oil to pan and cook meat in sauce, once browned simmer on low for 20-30min. Add cornflour near end if you want to thicken it a bit. 3. Stir-fry veges separately in the other Tbsp of oil. 4. Combine when done and serve with steamed brown rice. |
