This sandwich is so good. So easy to prepare! Ingredients:
1 onion roll |
4 slices italian style roast beef, from the deli counter (thin slices) |
2 slices provolone cheese or 2 slices mozzarella cheese (thin slices) |
1/4 sliced sweet onion (thin slices) |
1/4 slice red bell pepper (thin strips) |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, for sauteing onion and pepper |
Directions:
1. Lightly saute the onion and red pepper until transparent. 2. Can add salt if desired. 3. On onion roll place beef and cheese in this order: 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese, 2 slices roast beef, 1 slice cheese. 4. Add onions and peppers on top of cheese. 5. Wrap in plastic wrap. 6. Microwave for about 15-20 seconds or until cheese melts. 7. Note: Can drizzle on a little bit of olive oil on onion roll before assembling, if desired. 8. ENJOY! |
