8 oz dark chocolate chips |
3/4 c heavy cream |
2 t butter |
Directions:
1. Bring cream and butter just to a boil, pour over chips. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 T Cognac. Whisk until smooth. Pour over cake or let cool and roll into truffles. |
