The last time my mother-in-law came to visit us, they stayed at the KOA campground and she made this sauerkraut recipe to serve on our grilled brats. This sauerkraut isn't sour-it's delicious! Say good-bye to sauerkraut that makes your face pucker like Julia Child's! And the best part-two ingredients. Ingredients:
1 (14 ounce) can sauerkraut |
1/2 cup crushed pineapple |
Directions:
1. Toss sauerkraut and pineapple in a sauté pan and simmer for 5-8 minutes. 2. Serve over grilled brats on buns or serve on the grilled brats with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. 3. A great combination! |
