A recipe I asked for at a fine local restaraunt. Ingredients:
2 quarts mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard |
3 tablespoons capers |
4 tablespoons fresh tarragon |
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper |
1 lemon, juice of |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
2 teaspoons tabasco sauce |
1/2 cup water |
Directions:
1. In a food processor add garlic, tarragon and capers. Process until well pureed. Add remaining ingredients, stir well and let meld in refridgerator for a few hours. |
