Mayonnaise and Creole mustard form the base for this basic remoulade dressing. Ingredients:
1 cup mayonnaise |
1/3 cup milk |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
2 tablespoons creole mustard |
2 teaspoons lemon zest |
2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and chill 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days. |
