church cookbook - I did some changes in the amount of sugar, oil and vinegar. The first time I made it there was way too much dressing and the vinegar was too strong not to mention a cup of sugar seems way too much.
Ingredients:
8 1/2 ounces le seuer peas
8 ounces shoe peg corn
15 ounces french style green beans
3 ounces pimientos
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup vinegar
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon water
Directions:
1. Mix all vegetables togather in large bowl.
2. Mix dressing starting with vinegar and pour over vegetables, let stand overnight.
3. Will keep 2 weeks.
