1 cup canned tomato with juice |
1/2 cup carrot juice, made into ice cubes crushed |
1/2 cup silken tofu |
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper |
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate |
2 teaspoons frozen orange juice concentrate |
1 teaspoon lemon zest |
1/2 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt |
Directions:
1. Place carrot juice in ice cube tray and and freeze until completely frozen. 2. Once frozen place in ziplock back and crush to desired consistency. 3. Place all ingredients in blender. 4. Blend until smooth. |
