AKA no cook mountain bar cookies...fun to put in little bags or jars for a gift along with reindeer poop poem. Ingredients:
3 cups oats |
2 cups sugar |
1/4 cup cocoa |
1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup butter |
3/4 cup peanut butter |
1 tsp vanilla |
Directions:
1. Bring milk, butter, sugar and cocoa to boil in medium sauce pan. Boil while stirring for one minute. Remove from heat and stir in oats. Add peanut butter and vanilla. Stir well. Let sit 10 minutes. Spoon by teaspoon onto parchment paper. Let sit at least one hour.
2. If using as Reindeer Poop attach this poem to decorated bag or jar: Merry Christmas!!!
