Jamaicans love their funky annual music festival called Reggae Sunsplash. They also love this, its alcoholic namesake. From Caribbean Cooking . Please NOTE: The ingredients list 1 T water - this is only because the site will not accept yellow chartreuse liqueur as an ingredient - please do not add the water. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lime juice |
2 tablespoons strawberry syrup |
1/4 cup pineapple juice |
2 tablespoons silver label rum |
1 tablespoon water (yellow chartreuse) |
crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Stir all ingredients except ice together until uniform in color.
2. Fill a tall glass with ice.
3. Pour drink over ice.
