On this recipe that I'm a guessing on it.I found this recipe out of The Kids Around The World Cookbook. At least that I know how to make it now. Ingredients:
16-oz. can red kidney beans |
1 large onion |
1-2 cloves of garlic |
2 1/2 tbsp. margarine or butter |
a pinch of chili pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic.Melt the margarine in a pan over medium heat, and fry the onion and garlic gently for five minutes. 2. Mash the beans, and add to the mixture with the pepper.Cook it all through until hot. |
