Ingredients:
2 cup(s) white vinegar |
2 cup(s) water |
4 tablespoon(s) salt kosher |
2 tablespoon(s) granulated sugar |
5-6 clove(s) garlic |
sprig(s) rosemary |
slice(s) red onions |
5 cucumber medium |
Directions:
1. Quarter 5 medium cucumbers lengthwise. Put spears into a 2 quart jar, vertically. Combine vinegar, water, salt and sugar. Stir until salt and Sugar are dissolved. Add onion, rosemary, and garlic cloves.. Poor mixture into jar and refrigerate 24 hours. |
