Oatmeal tastes great and is good for you, but who has time to cook it? Ingredients:
1 cup lowfat milk |
1/2 cup old fashioned oats |
pinch of salt |
2 tablespoons frozen blueberries |
1/3 cup (more or less) unsweetened applesauce |
Directions:
1. Mix milk and oats in microwave-safe cereal bowl 2. add salt, if desired 3. cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight 4. next morning, add blueberries and applesauce 5. microwave 2 minutes, stir 6. microwave 1 more minute, if you have a sweettooth, add some honey or sugar, then eat and enjoy |
