Refrigerator Biscuit Pot Pie |

I created this one night when I had a craving for pot pie but not time to make a crust. Ingredients:
2 cups diced cooked chicken |
1 (20 ounce) package california-blend frozen vegetables |
1 (14 ounce) can diced potatoes, drained |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth |
2 (10 count) cans refrigerator biscuits |
Directions:
1. 1. Mix all ingredients but biscuits in a 9x13 baking dish. 2. 2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minute. 3. 3. Top with biscuits and bake 10-15 min, or until biscuits are golden brown. |
