REFRIED BEANS WITH SOME REAL FLAVOR.
Ingredients:
large can refried beans - this is easiest
1 med onion diced
jar of salsa - we prefer medium to hot
1-2 cups shredded chedder cheese
Directions:
1. START HEATING BEANS, OVER LOW-MED HEAT, CAREFUL NOT TO BURN.
2. GRADUALLY ADD SALSA TO THIN THE CONSISTANCY OF THE BEANS. YOU CAN JUDGE FOR YOURSELF HOW THIN YOU WOULD LIKE THEM.
3. ADD ONIONS AND COOK ABOUT 5 MINUTES.
4. ADD CHEESE AND ALLOW TO MELT.
5. MIX ALL WELL AND SERVE AS YOU LIKE.
6. WE LIKE A LOT OF SALSA, GIVES A LOT OF FLAVOR. WE USUALLY PUT THESE INSIDE OF SOFT TACOS OR BURRITOS ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE.
