I learned to make this dish in Spanish class. My little sister can't get enough of it! It serves my entire family, if no one hogs it! The beans go great in burritos, with fajitas, or just by themselves Ingredients:
16 oz. can of pinto beans |
chili powder |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Drain the pinto beans, but save the juices 2. Put the means in a bowl and blend them using a hand blender 3. Fry the beans on High, adding the juices as necessary 4. After the beans have been thouroughly cooked, add chili powder, salt and pepper to taste. |
