perfect for a hot summer day - all the protein; none of the drag! Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna |
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar |
3/4 cup olive oil |
1 lemon, juice of |
1 -2 teaspoon minced garlic (to taste) |
1/2 cup sliced purple seedless grapes |
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk together vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Set aside. (also great as a salad dressing!). 2. Cut seedless grapes into fourths and slice celery - add to tuna in large bowl. Mix gently. Add dressing, and salt to taste. Enjoy! 3. Great on sandwiches, with crackers or alone! |
