My mom says this is a hormone balancer and immunity builder. Good for PMS, cramps, and headache. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped |
1 teaspoon alfalfa, leaf chopped |
1 teaspoon watercress leaf, chopped |
1 teaspoon fresh peppermint or 1 teaspoon fresh spearmint, chopped |
1 cup ice |
2 cups pineapple juice, unsweetened |
3 drops angostura bitters (optional) |
Directions:
1. Blend herbs and ice at high speed in blender. 2. Add juice and blend through. |
