A perfect summer sipper! Feel free to add whatever fruit you'd prefer. This recipe makes approximately 2 quarts and tastes better after it has been refrigerated overnight. Ingredients:
2 (175 ml) bottles white wine (pinot grigot) |
1/2 cup brandy |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 lemon |
1 lime |
1 navel orange |
1 cup ginger ale |
Directions:
1. Cut lemon, lime, & orange in half. 2. Taking one half, gently squeeze the fruit to expel some juice. (you want about one squeeze off each fruit). 3. Cut squeezed half and remaining half into slices. Put in a baggie in the freezer. 4. Pour sugar, brandy, and wine into pitcher and mix well. 5. When ready to serve, fill glass with ice, add a splash of ginger ale, sangria mix, and frozen fruit. 6. Enjoy! |
