This is my favorite way to make tuna salad. Ingredients:
8 ounces canned tuna, drained |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice |
1 ounce black olives, diced |
1/2 teaspoon celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
dill pickles, stackers |
fresh kaiser roll |
shredded lettuce |
Directions:
1. Combine tuna with mayo, lemon juice, olives and seasonings and chill at least 30-minutes. 2. Serve on a fresh kaiser bun topped with pickle slices and lettuce. |
