Refreshing Tuna Salad

This is my favorite way to make tuna salad.
Ingredients:
8 ounces canned tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 ounce black olives, diced
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
dill pickles, stackers
fresh kaiser roll
shredded lettuce
Directions:
1. Combine tuna with mayo, lemon juice, olives and seasonings and chill at least 30-minutes.
2. Serve on a fresh kaiser bun topped with pickle slices and lettuce.
