Refreshing Mexican Salad

I serve this Refereshing Mexican Salad in summer time along with heavier mexican dishes.
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans
1/2 medium onion, diced
4 celery ribs, diced
1 (15 ounce) can olives, sliced
1 avocado, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 tablespoons dill, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix black beans, chopped onion, chopped celery, sliced olives, sliced avocado, sliced carrot and chopped romaine lettuce together. In a separate bowl mix, the olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt and pepper and pour over salad. Top with the chopped dill and serve.
