Ranch dressing is the base of this refreshing dill dip—perfect for vegetable dipping. Ingredients:
1 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup nonfat ranch dressing |
1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped |
2 tablespoons minced onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried dillweed |
Directions:
1. Beat cream cheese and Ranch dressing at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Stir in cucumber, onion, and dillweed. Cover and chill 1 hour. Serve dip with raw vegetables. |
