Reduced Sugar Pumpkin Bread

I've reduced the sugar and adapted the flours to make this gluten free.
Ingredients:
1 cup gluten-free flour
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup pumpkin
2 teaspoons liquid stevia
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/8 cup olive oil
1/2 cup nuts, chopped
Directions:
1. Mix together flour, powder, soda, salt and spices.
2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs.
3. Add dry ingredients and butter; mix until well blended.
4. Stir in nuts.
5. Pour into well greased loaf (9x5x3 ). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minute.
