Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies |

I'm on a constant battle to lose weight which is very hard on the sweet tooth. not the best chocolate chip cookies ever but they are not too bad for what they are. Ingredients:
1 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 cup splenda brown sugar blend |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1/4 cup water |
1/4 cup canola oil |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
2 egg whites |
1 egg |
2 2/3 cups wheat flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2/3 cup dark chocolate chips |
Directions:
1. Preheat Oven to 350 2. Combine first 8 ingredients together then mix in flour and baking soda, baking powder, salt until thoroughly mixed. Then throw in the chocolate chips. 3. use 1oz of dough for each cookie. 4. bake for 12 minutes. |
