Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 cup butter softened
12 packets stevia extract in the raw
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 to 1/2 cup sugar
Directions:
1. Combined Flour, baking soda, salt, Ginger, Cinnamon and Cloves in medium bowl and set aside.
2. Beat butter ,Stevia extract and 1/4 cup sugar in a large bowl with mixer at medium high speed untill well mixed
3. Beat in Egg and Corn Syrup untill smooth Stir in Flour Mixture
4. Chill dough 1-2 hours till easy to handle
5. Shape dough into 1 inch balls roll in 1/2 to 1/3 cup sugar Place balls 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet
6. Bake at 350 degrees fo 7=10 minutes or till edges are golden cool on wir racks{to speed chilling place dough in freezer for 15-30 miinutes{double this recipe to feed a crowd.}
