This is adapted from a recipe from General Mills.
Ingredients:
2 cups bisquick heart smart mix (tm)
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1/2 cup egg substitute
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot nonstick skillet or regular skillet sprayed with nonstick spray.
3. Cook until bubbles break on surface.
4. Turn one time and cook until golden.
