A spicy blend of corn and green chiles in a creamy sauce. Adapted from a recipe by Molly . Ingredients:
8 ounces low-fat cream cheese |
1/4 cup butter |
1 (5 ounce) can fat-free evaporated milk |
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen corn |
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Melt cream cheese and butter in a saucepan over low heat. Once fully melted, add milk, corn and chiles and stir well. Transfer to an 8x8 baking dish. 3. Bake in preheated oven 20 minutes until brown and bubbly. |
