Reduced Fat Apple Cole Slaw |

This cole slaw is delicious with the refreshing sweet & tart crunch of the Granny Smith apple. I use 3 color cole slaw mix in the bag (it has red and green cabbage, and carrots). Ingredients:
8 oz. grated cabbage |
1 large granny smith apple, sliced into sticks |
1/3 cup reduced fat mayonnaise |
1/3 cup brown sugar, unpacked |
1 tsp vinegar |
1 tsp lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Toss all ingredients together. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. 3. Toss again before serving. |
