I modified my mom's apple crisp recipe to lower the carbs. Ingredients:
4 cups sliced apples |
1 tablespoon butter |
3/4 cup atkins baking mix |
1 cup splenda sugar blend for baking |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup soft butter |
Directions:
1. Butter baking dish. 2. Place 4 cups sliced apples in buttered dish. 3. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle mixture over apples. 4. Bake at 350, 40 minutes. |
