I modified my mom's apple crisp recipe to lower the carbs.
Ingredients:
4 cups sliced apples
1 tablespoon butter
3/4 cup atkins baking mix
1 cup splenda sugar blend for baking
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup soft butter
Directions:
1. Butter baking dish.
2. Place 4 cups sliced apples in buttered dish.
3. Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle mixture over apples.
4. Bake at 350, 40 minutes.
