Reduced Calorie Impossible Cheesecake |

I've changed an impossible cheesecake recipe to reduce the calories and fat. Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1/2 cup bisquick reduced-fat baking mix |
2 (8 ounce) packages fat free cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes, softened |
1 cup fat free sour cream |
2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute |
2 teaspoons vanilla |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Grease 9 inch pie plate. 3. Place milk, 2 tsp vanilla, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and Bisquick in blender container. 4. Cover and blend on high 15 seconds. 5. Add cream cheese. 6. Cover and blend on high 2 minutes. 7. Pour into pie plate. 8. Bake 40-45 minutes, or until center is firm. 9. Combine sour cream, 2 tsp vanilla, and 2 tbs sugar. 10. Spread over cheesecake that has cooled. |
