A Reduced Cal/fat version Zucchini Muffins Ingredients:
1/2 cup grated zucchini |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1/4 cup splenda |
1/2 cup egg substitute |
1 tsp vanilla |
3/4 cup whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup all purpose flour |
1/2 tsp baking soda |
1/2 tsp baking powder |
1/2 tsp salt |
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon |
1/2 tsp nutmeg |
3 tablespoon raisins |
Directions:
