My take on Tropical Coleslaw on - coleslaw with fruit, lemon juice, and lemon yogurt. Ingredients:
16 ounces pre-shredded cabbage |
1 banana, sliced |
2 cups pineapple, sliced |
2 cups mandarin oranges, sliced |
1/2 cup dried cranberries |
8 ounces lemon yogurt |
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. |
