Quick and easy. Ingredients:
1 teaspoon vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon minced garlic |
1 (20 ounce) can crushed tomatoes |
1/2 cup minced parsley |
1/4 cup hot sauce (redhot) |
4 cups cooked penne pasta |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tsp oil in large saucepan. 2. Saute garlic 45 seconds. 3. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. 4. Heat to a boil. 5. Simmer, stirring 15 minutes. 6. Serve over pasta. |
