This is a fantastic marinade to add to any meat while cooking. Ingredients:
1 cup red wine vinegar |
1/4 cup white sugar |
2 cinnamon sticks |
4 whole cloves |
1 lemon, zested |
Directions:
1. Combine red wine vinegar, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and lemon zest in a saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar, and reduce heat to low. Simmer until the sauce reduces slightly and coats a spoon, about 10 minutes. |
