Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) olive oil
1/8 cup(s) lemon juice
1/8 cup(s) red wine vinegar
2 teaspoon(s) oregano
2 clove(s) garlic
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend thoroughly to emulsify. Add 1/2 twist of salt and three twists of pepper.
2. Pour into a glass jar and chill for a few hours at minimum, overnight for excellent flavor development. Shake well before serving.
