Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) olive oil |
1/8 cup(s) lemon juice |
1/8 cup(s) red wine vinegar |
2 teaspoon(s) oregano |
2 clove(s) garlic |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend thoroughly to emulsify. Add 1/2 twist of salt and three twists of pepper. 2. Pour into a glass jar and chill for a few hours at minimum, overnight for excellent flavor development. Shake well before serving. |
