This recipe goes with Buckhead Diner Soft-Shell Crab Salad Ingredients:
1/3 cup red wine vinegar |
1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped |
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped shallots |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/2 teaspoon stone-ground mustard |
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/3 cup vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Process first 8 ingredients in a food processor or blender until blended. With processor running, add oils in a slow, steady stream; process until blended. |
