Lightly sweet, this simple dressing is nice on spring mix or any green salad. The flavor goes great on salad topped with grilled chicken breast. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1/4 cup canola oil |
Directions:
1. Whisk vinegar and sugar together. 2. Whisk in the oil until the dressing is well blended and emulsified. 3. Store in a jar or bottle with a tight fitting lid. Shake well before using. |
