Ingredients:
1/2 cup dry red wine |
1/4 cup finely chopped shallot |
3 tablespoons green peppercorn mustard with white wine |
1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary |
1 large clove garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate beef, pork, or lamb. |
