A great summer treat from Celebrity Spa Cuisine! Ingredients:
6 ounces organic low-fat vanilla yogurt |
4 ripe strawberries, stemmed, sliced |
1/2 cup blueberries |
1 tablespoon oat bran (optional) |
4 ounces cranberry juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
1 tablespoon lime juice |
1/2 cup crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve in chilled glass tumblers. |
