1 small bunch radish, trimmed |
1 medium turnip, peeled |
1 small cucumber, halved and seeded |
4 tablespoons rice wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon sugar |
4 tablespoons chopped fresh mint |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Finely dice the radishes, turnip and cucumber. 2. Combine with the remaining ingredients and 4-6 tablespoons of water in a bowl. 3. Chill before serving. |
