Red Velvet Cheeseball Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
1/2 cup butter, room temperature |
1 1/2 cups red velvet cake mix, dry |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup mini chocolate chip |
vanilla wafer |
Directions:
1. Mix together first 4 ingredients. 2. Roll into a ball using plastic wrap; let set in fridge for 1 hour. 3. Remove wrap from cheeseball, and roll in mini chocolate chips. 4. Serve with vanilla wafers or graham crackers. |
