This is a mouth pleaser. If you don't like it Iwill be shocked. This will make mouths smile. Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups self-rising flour |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1 teaspoon cocoa |
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil |
1 cup buttermilk |
1ounce red food coloring |
icing |
10 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 pound butter |
1 1/3 pounds confectioners sugar |
2 cups pecans |
Directions:
1. Cake: Mix all ingredients together and pour into cupcake papers. Bake 20 minutes in a preheated oven of 350*. or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. 2. Icing: Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add sugar and mix. When smooth and well mixed, add pecans. |
