Red-Skinned Potato Salad with Sour Cream and Chives

Ingredients:
2 lbs. new potatoes
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/4 cup fresh chives
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces. Place in a large saucepan with just enough salted water to cover them. Place a lid on the pan and bring potatoes to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Cook just until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain well.
3. Place in a large mixing bowl.
4. Fold in mayonnaise, sour cream, chives, and salt.
5. Chill.
