This dessert sauce is meant to be a bright, fruity sauce for rice pudding, ice cream, and other dessert puddings. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) box frozen strawberries |
1 cup water |
1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch |
Directions:
1. Boil strawberries and water for 5 minutes. 2. Mix the cornstarch with a little cold water, then add it to the strawberry mixture. 3. Bring to a boil again, stirring all the time; it will thicken. 4. Remove from heat and cool. 5. Serve with rice pudding, ice cream or other dessert puddings. |
