Ingredients:
3 cups brown sugar |
3 tablespoons paprika |
1 tablespoon onion powder |
1 tablespoon garlic powder |
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon dried basil |
1 tablespoon dried oregano |
1 tablespoon dried thyme |
1/2 teaspoon dried sage |
1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg |
1/2 teaspoon powdered cumin |
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary |
1/4 teaspoon mustard powder |
1/3 cup fresh, finely diced mint leaf |
Directions:
1. Use food processor fitted with metal blade to grind and mix all of the above ingredients and then place either in a shaker, or a container with a lid. 2. Rub generously on ribs, chicken, pork chops, turkey, or steaks, for barbecuing. 3. Let your meats marinate for 4 to 5 hours before grilling. |
