A yummy hearty dish I make quite often and is a hit with my family.
Ingredients:
2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
3/4 cup water
1 1/2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 large onion, chopped
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all in covered baking dish. Cover and cook at 350 for 1- 1/2 hour or until rice is tender.
