Robin Miller made this on her Quick Fix Meals show. This is super easy, requires no fancy ice cream gadgets, and it tastes good when it's hot out. Ingredients:
2 cups low-fat milk |
1 (10 ounce) bag frozen raspberries |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine milk, raspberries and vanilla extract. Process until smooth. 2. Transfer mixture to a shallow dish or bowl and cover with plastic. Freeze until firm. |
