OMG. This is so creamy, sweet, and full of wonderful flavor with the raspberries. I obtained this from an estate sale a few years back and it is truly one of my favorite desserts and one I make all summer long. Read more . Hope you get hooked on it like i have. Yummers. Ingredients:
1 pint fresh raspberries |
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice |
1 cup heavy cream |
1 egg white |
1/4 cup sugar |
Directions:
1. Place raspberries in blender container and blend until smooth. 2. Add lemon juice. 3. In large bowl beat cream until soft peaks from then fold in raspberry mixture. 4. Sprinkle sugar over egg white and continue beating until sugar is dissolved then fold into raspberry mixture. 5. Spoon into parfait glasses then cover and freeze. 6. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving. |
